CCRPS Events Calendar

Monthly online clinical research events, career webinars, and community meetups for CRCs, CRAs, PV, GCP, PIs, and clinical research professionals

The CCRPS Events Calendar is a centralized hub for live online clinical research events designed to support learners and graduates beyond certification. These monthly events provide structured, expert-led opportunities for career advancement, regulatory clarity, inspection readiness, and professional networking across the full spectrum of clinical research roles.

Unlike generic webinars or one-time information sessions, CCRPS events are recurring, role-specific, and aligned with real industry expectations. They are designed for individuals actively working in—or preparing to enter—clinical research, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), governed environments.

CCRPS hosts two standing monthly online events (outside of our biweekly or weekly webinars for enrolled students):

  • Monthly Career & Clinical Pathways Webinar for Clinical Research Roles

  • Monthly Community Online Meetup for Clinical Research Professionals

Both events are included for CCRPS learners and alumni and are delivered fully online to support global participation.

Register for an account (free) at app.ccrps.org for easy notifications regarding both webinars, webinar recordings, and community meetings.

A recurring online clinical research community event for CCRPS learners and alumni

The CCRPS Monthly Community Online Meetup is a live, discussion-oriented online gathering created to support peer connection, professional continuity, and shared learning across the CCRPS clinical research community.

Clinical research professionals often train online, work remotely or across sites, and transition between roles in regulated environments. This monthly meetup exists to reduce isolation, maintain connection to institutional standards, and provide a consistent space for open discussion without evaluation or instruction.

What to Expect at the Clinical Research Community Meetup

  • Peer questions related to training, onboarding, audits, and inspections

  • Shared experiences navigating site, CRO, sponsor, and regulatory environments

  • Conversation around early career realities in clinical trials

  • CCRPS announcements relevant to learners and alumni

This event is intentionally informal and non-instructional. It does not replace academic support, advising, or formal clinical research training webinars.

Who Should Attend

  • Current CCRPS learners across all programs

  • Recent graduates entering clinical research roles

  • Alumni working as CRCs, CRAs, PMs, PV professionals, RAs, PIs, or MSLs

  • Ongoing career clarity in complex clinical trial roles

  • Inspection-ready thinking and compliance awareness

  • Peer connection across global clinical research settings

  • Long-term confidence grounded in regulatory standards
