CCRPS Certifications: Clear rules that protect learners, credential integrity, and regulated workforce expectations
CCRPS is committed to delivering professional education that is transparent, ethically governed, and fair to learners across global jurisdictions. Clear policies exist to protect students, uphold academic integrity, and make expectations understandable before enrollment.
This page outlines the academic, enrollment, refund, and learner conduct policies governing participation in CCRPS certifications. These policies apply to all learners, regardless of certification, enrollment pathway, geographic location, or payment method. If you have any questions reach out to our advising team at advising@ccrps.org or via chat below.
All CCRPS certifications and enrollment access are hosted here:

1) Institutional Scope and Educational Boundaries
CCRPS programs are professional training certifications designed to build role-aligned competence in clinical research and clinical trial operations.
CCRPS does not confer:
academic degrees
clinical licensure
authority to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical care
legal authorization to practice medicine or provide clinical services
Training is designed to support ethical, compliant performance inside regulated research environments. Learners are expected to represent their training accurately and conservatively.
By enrolling, learners acknowledge:
the program is vocational and professional in nature
completion depends on meeting academic requirements inside the platform
outcomes depend on individual engagement and external variables beyond institutional control
clinical research is regulated, and professional claims must remain accurate
2) Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is completed online and provides access to course materials after payment is confirmed or an approved payment plan is active.
To enroll, learners must:
be at least 18 years of age
have sufficient English proficiency to engage with professional instruction and assessment
have reliable internet access and a compatible device
be capable of self-paced online learning
Admission is not selective or competitive unless explicitly stated for a specific pathway. Enrollment does not guarantee certification completion, employment, or professional outcomes.
3) Program Access and Delivery
CCRPS certifications are delivered fully online through a secure learning platform accessible via desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Instructional materials may include:
written lessons and reference tools
video and applied demonstrations
interactive learning components
scenario based assessments and applied evaluations
downloadable tools and job-aligned resources
Lifetime Access Clarification
Lifetime access refers to continued availability of enrolled content for the life of the program offering. It does not guarantee perpetual platform operation, indefinite instructor availability, or an obligation to maintain identical course features forever. CCRPS intends long term access with ongoing curriculum improvements while maintaining realistic institutional boundaries.
4) Academic Integrity and Learner Conduct
CCRPS maintains strict academic integrity standards to protect the credibility of its credentials and the safety of patients and trial participants indirectly affected by research quality.
Learners are expected to:
complete assessments independently
submit original work where required
engage respectfully in all learning environments including with our advising team and instructors
represent credentials accurately and conservatively
follow ethical and compliance standards taught throughout the program
Content Use and Sharing Rules
Not allowed:
sharing login access
copying or distributing protected course content (we are able to strictly monitor this and will report and remove access of your learner account when notified)
distributing assessment materials, quizzes, or answer keys
republishing lessons or course materials
Allowed:
using CCRPS provided templates and checklists in your professional workflow, provided you do not republish or redistribute the course itself
Disrespectful or abusive communication toward staff or other learners may trigger review and can result in suspension or disqualification.
Plagiarism, credential misuse, or misrepresentation may result in certification revocation without refund.
5) Assessment and Certification Requirements
Certification is awarded only after completion of required coursework and assessments as defined inside the platform for that specific certification.
Completion criteria may include:
required module and lesson completion
assessment performance thresholds
ethics and scope acknowledgments where applicable
any capstone or summative components if required by that certification
CCRPS reserves the right to withhold certification if academic standards are not met.
6) Refund Policy
CCRPS offers a 14 day refund period so learners can evaluate fit with confidence.
To be eligible for a refund:
the request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of enrollment
course completion must not exceed 20 percent of total program content
no certificate or credential must have been issued
Refund requests submitted after either threshold is exceeded are not eligible for approval.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing timelines may vary by payment provider.
7) Non Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available if:
completion exceeds 20 percent of the program
the 14 day window has passed
certificates or credentials have been issued
academic integrity violations have occurred
access has been revoked due to misconduct
Some payment processing fees imposed by third party providers may be non refundable.
8) Payment Plans and Financial Arrangements
CCRPS may offer multiple payment options depending on region and provider availability.
Payment plan approval and repayment schedules are subject to provider terms. Learners remain financially responsible for all agreed payments.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of access until accounts are resolved.
9) Scholarship Policy
If scholarships are offered, they are:
limited and availability based
applied at enrollment
non transferable
non retroactive
non refundable
Scholarship availability may vary by enrollment period.
10) Program Updates and Curriculum Changes
CCRPS reviews and improves training to maintain relevance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving professional expectations.
As part of continuous improvement, CCRPS may:
update lesson content
revise or expand assessments
adjust learning tools and resources
clarify role expectations or regulatory alignment
Updates are designed to enhance learning without diluting academic standards.
11) Technical Requirements and Learner Responsibility
Learners are responsible for maintaining:
reliable internet access
a compatible device
an updated browser and software
CCRPS provides technical support but is not responsible for issues caused by learner hardware, connectivity limitations, or third party software problems.
12) Support, Complaints, and Escalation
CCRPS provides academic and technical support pathways.
For platform and technical issues, use the support channel inside the CCRPS platform:
https://app.ccrps.org
Concerns related to ethics, assessment integrity, learner conduct, or instructional issues may be escalated for review when warranted.
13) Limitation of Liability and Outcome Language
CCRPS does not guarantee employment, income, promotions, or role placement.
Participation does not establish an employment relationship or professional endorsement. Learners remain responsible for how they apply training within their jurisdiction, employer policies, and role scope.
14) Policy Updates
CCRPS reserves the right to update institutional policies as required by law, accreditation standards, or operational needs.
Material policy changes will be communicated to learners when applicable.

FAQ: Policies, Standards, and Refunds (CCRPS)
1) If I enroll and start immediately, do I lose refund eligibility?
Not automatically. You remain eligible during the 14 day window as long as total completion stays at or below 20 percent and no certificate has been issued. If you complete more than 20 percent, the program is considered substantially accessed and refund eligibility ends.
2) What does “20 percent completion” mean in practice?
It refers to your tracked progress through the program content inside the learning platform. If you are unsure how your progress is calculated, contact support inside the platform before completing additional sections so you can make an informed decision within the refund window.
3) Are payment plan enrollments eligible for the same refund policy?
Yes. The same 14 day and 20 percent thresholds apply. Refund processing and timing may vary by payment method and third party provider terms. If a third party charges non refundable fees, those fees may not be recoverable through CCRPS.
4) What happens if I miss a payment on an installment plan?
Access may be suspended until the account is brought current. If you anticipate a problem, contact support through the platform early so you can understand available options before access is interrupted.
5) Can I share course materials with my team or reuse content for work?
Sharing protected course content, quizzes, answer keys, or login access is not allowed. Using CCRPS templates and checklists in your workflow is allowed as long as you are not republishing or redistributing the course content itself.
6) What behavior could result in removal from the program?
Academic integrity violations, credential misuse, harassment, abusive communication, repeated misconduct, or sharing restricted materials can result in review and potential removal. This protects learner safety and credential credibility.
7) If I complete the program, does CCRPS guarantee I can work legally in my country?
No. We provide 70-250+ internationally recognized Continuing Professional Development Hours (CPD) and are aligned with government regulations (national vs. international depending on the program). Clinical research regulations, job requirements, and representation rules vary by employer, country, and your previous education requirements. You are responsible for local compliance, employer requirements, previous educational requirements (bachelors degree, MD, etc) and accurate credential representation.
8) Does CCRPS guarantee a job or promotion after certification?
No. CCRPS training supports competence and readiness, but hiring and advancement depend on external factors including experience, performance, market demand, and employer policy. We have proven alumni outcomes and promotion success during our alumni surveys of careers within a 4 year post-course period as well as over 30 hours of case studies documenting the relevance of our programs directly to researcher career success. Guarantees for jobs typically lead to lower paying jobs than you can achieve with proper in-depth knowledge-based training for your role which will transfer to your interview rates, interview success, and long-term career success.
