Welcome to CCRPS (hereinafter referred to as "CCRPS" or the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you," “user,” or “participant”) and Clinical Research Certification and Training (CCRPS) concerning the access and use of our website, online courses, and certifications. By enrolling in our courses or using any part of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue the use of this Site and its services immediately.
1. Eligibility
By accessing and participating in CCRPS courses, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
You provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the account registration or course sign-up process.
You meet any specific prerequisites outlined for the course you are enrolling in, such as prior qualifications, professional experience, or other criteria.
You are not barred from using the services under applicable laws, including export control and sanction laws in your jurisdiction.
CCRPS reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of users at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts if inaccurate or misleading information is provided.
2. Course Enrollment and Usage
Enrollment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the course content via our Thinkific-powered Learning Management System (LMS) for educational purposes only.
Access to purchased courses is provided for the duration specified at the time of enrollment (e.g., a defined number of months or lifetime access). Extensions may be offered on a case-by-case basis, at CCRPS’s discretion.
Courses are regularly updated to reflect advancements in clinical research and evolving industry standards. Participants may be required to complete additional modules or updated materials to maintain certification or meet the full requirements of the course.
Sharing your account login credentials with unauthorized individuals or allowing multiple users to access course content under one account is strictly prohibited.
CCRPS reserves the right to monitor usage and terminate access if fraudulent activity or misuse is detected.
3. Payment Terms
All course fees are payable in advance, unless expressly agreed otherwise under an installment plan. Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways, and CCRPS does not store sensitive payment data.
Prices for courses are displayed in USD (or relevant currency) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect ongoing enrollments or purchases already completed.
Failure to complete payment in a timely fashion will result in account suspension until outstanding fees are resolved.
Participants must ensure that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid enrollment delays.
4. Refund Policy
CCRPS offers refunds under the following terms:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Refund eligibility is contingent upon less than 10% of the course’s content being accessed before the request is made.
No refunds will be issued for completed courses, certifications, or situations where fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms is detected.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please note that CCRPS reserves the right to decline refund requests that fail to meet the outlined criteria.
5. Certification Requirements
To earn certification from CCRPS, participants must meet all the following conditions:
Complete all required modules, assignments, and assessments as specified in the course curriculum.
Obtain the minimum passing score for quizzes, exams, and any other evaluations outlined in the course.
Comply with these Terms throughout course participation, including all user conduct guidelines.
Certification requirements may vary across courses. Specific conditions are outlined in each course description.
